The Best Practices Committee is composed of the Academic Affairs Assistant Deans from the academic schools. This committee crafts and prioritizes foundational administrative practices that should be used throughout Academic Affairs. The Center for Operational Excellence works with the Best Practices committee to select processes to review via the L3 workshops and helps to prioritize continuous improvement work in Academic Affairs.
